PARTITION SOLUTIONS
Scanmikael is a company specialising in room partition solutions. We design and manufacture our products ourselves from start to finish. In our design and development operations, we place special emphasis on ease of use, reliability, appearance and quality. The finished product is safe to use, and our 4R model ensures environmentally-friendly manufacturing. Scanmikael develops and refines products, installations and production methods in accordance with the waste reduction targets defined by the European Union.
Our main products include movable and folding glass walls, office walls, sliding and fixed glass walls, smart glass walls, hospital glass walls, curved glass walls, fully-glazed balustrades, fire-resistant glass walls and movable and folding panel walls.
MOVABLE AND FOLDING GLASS WALLS
The domestic Scanmikael sliding and folding glass wall system enables versatile utilization of spaces. The sliding glass walls are available with sound insulation and burglary protection options. The tracks are curved according to the space requirements and locked in place using a patented (pat. 111749) latch structure. The product can include adjustable support structures, and for larger shopping center projects, Scanmikael’s shopping center concept can be applied, allowing the entire shopping corridor to be seamlessly constructed with the same system.”
OFFICE WALLS
The Scanmikael office glass walls offer a modern and bright working environment, without forgetting soundproofing. The Scanmikael glass wall system can be expanded and modified as the purpose of use changes. Special attention has been paid to the sealing of the walls, and the wall system has been laboratory tested as a whole. Single structure can reach the Rw 28 dB level and double structure the Rw 40 dB level.
SMART GLASS WALLS
An electrically switchable smart glass wall, non-transparent in its baseline condition, enables both facility control and privacy. The system is ideally suited for the hospital environment as it provides smart glass features, as well as good sound insulation. The SCM system enables fully opening smart glass solutions, where the wall can be easily transported to the desired location. Complex space management is easy with our products.
CURVED GLASS WALLS
Curved system sections, accompanied by curved safety glasses, enable visually impressive, naturally curved fixed or opening facades. Our manufacturing methods also enable curved rails for creating a completely round opening space or section. Curved walls can be equipped with curved doors.
FULLY-GLAZED BALUSTRADES
The tested fully-glazed Scanmikael balustrades are well suited for many sites, such as shopping centres, offices and detached houses. The balustrades are tailored to meet the requirements of the site and offer excellent safety properties. The tested mounting methods ensure a safe end result. Fully-glazed balustrades can also be manufactured as full-height fall protection walls.
RETRACTABLE GLASS BALUSTRADES
Svalson’s retractable and foldable CAFÉ AU LÄ glazing for restaurants and cafés provides protection against cold winds and bad weather.
FIRE-RESISTANG GLASS WALLS
The certified Alufire fire-resistant glass walls and doors also provide excellent sound insulation. Walls and system doors designed according to the conditions and demands of the space are available with or without a frame. The product has been fire tested in a laboratory.
MOVABLE AND FOLDING PANELS
The movable and folding Espero walls offer numerous solutions for your needs. The walls can be equipped with door elements and the standard door equipment. Soundproof and tested wall solutions enable versatile room divisions as needed, and the system can be implemented with surface materials that suit the surrounding structures.
